One Piece Episode 319
Ingredients:
-200g 1-2 day old rice
-cooking oil
-1 bell pepper
-1 egg
-1 green onion
-1 tbsp All Blue Salt (mix normal salt, sea salt and MSG)
Optional:
-1-2 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-1 tsp sugar
instructions:
Cut your green onions and bell pepper. Heat your wok, add cooking oil and scramble one egg. Add the onions, bell pepper and your old rice. Add some All Blue Salt and mix well.
Fry the rice well and then serve.
